## 1 — Controller

30PLUSSKINCARE is established solely in Delaware, United States. We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer or an EU/UK representative because we are not established in, and do not direct services to, the EU or UK.

## 2 — What we collect

We do not sell personal data. We do not operate a login. We do not build advertising profiles.

## 3 — Lawful basis

This site is operated from the United States and is not subject to the EU or UK GDPR. Where we describe a lawful basis above, we follow that framework as a matter of good practice, not a controlling legal requirement.

- Legitimate interests — for security logging and aggregated analytics.
- Consent — for the newsletter and for any non-essential cookie.
- Contract — for tester panel arrangements, where one exists.
- Legal obligation — where retention is required by law.

## 4 — Processors and transfers

Data may be processed by our hosting provider, email provider, and — once you click through to a retailer — that retailer's own affiliate network under its own policy. A current list is available on request from privacy@inbox.30plusskin.care.

30PLUSSKINCARE is established solely in the United States. We do not have an establishment in the UK or EEA and do not operate a cross-border transfer mechanism because none of our own processing currently requires one.

## 5 — Your rights

Write to privacy@inbox.30plusskin.care. We respond within one month.

- Access — a copy of what we hold about you.
- Rectification — correction of anything inaccurate.
- Erasure — deletion, where no overriding obligation applies.
- Restriction and objection — including objection to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Portability — a machine-readable copy.
- Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting prior processing.
- Complaint — U.S. residents may contact the Federal Trade Commission or their state Attorney General; residents of other countries may raise a concern with their local data protection authority.

## 6 — Retention

We keep personal data only as long as it serves the purpose it was collected for. Newsletter addresses are held until you unsubscribe. Server logs are retained for 30 days. Correspondence, including corrections and rights requests, is retained for 3 years for audit purposes. Panel recruitment records are retained for the life of the panel relationship plus 12 months.

## 7 — Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
