## 8 — Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and the state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer in your country of residence.
