Agency now provides a clearly priced 24 g offer, but the ingredient menu has expanded beyond the older description. The assigned prescription, including whether it contains a retinoid or estriol, matters more than the product's new name.
We have not tested a dispensed formula. The score is limited to public disclosure; older efficacy and value judgments about a previous offering should not be carried over automatically.
- Current product page publishes mass and nominal supply duration.
- Distinguishes possible ingredients and formula-specific base details.
- The menu does not specify one formula for every patient.
- Comparative strength language does not prove superior results or gentleness.

What changed in this review
The current page lists Night Renew Rx at $130 for 24 g, described as a 60-day supply. That is a $65 monthly equivalent for comparison, not a promise of monthly billing. We retained the established Future Formula URL so existing links still reach the current review. Check your own account: an existing patient's terms may differ from the public offer.
The menu is broader than a tretinoin cream
The candidate list includes estriol as well as tretinoin and non-hormonal adjuncts. It does not mean that every prescription contains a hormone or a retinoid. Ask which ingredients were selected, their concentrations and the reason for each. If estriol is proposed, ask the clinician to explain its role and review your relevant medical history rather than treating it as an interchangeable moisturizer ingredient.
Read comparative claims as claims
The page's stronger and gentler comparisons concern concentration ranges, not a head-to-head demonstration of better outcomes and fewer adverse effects. A percentage comparison cannot supply a clinical benefit estimate. Ask what evidence supports the exact proposed formula for the concern you want treated.
An acne-focused custom prescription with a different goal and price structure.
A prescriber-initiated compound with separate care-cost questions.
A current comparison that starts with the treatment target.
What to request before the first shipment
Get the assigned formula, quantity, directions, beyond-use date, next charge and route for a clinical question. Confirm whether a formula change affects the price or delivery date. These details make the offer assessable before the recurring purchase begins, particularly if several Agency prescriptions are being considered together.
What the desk review establishes
The public documentation establishes an offer and possible ingredients. It does not establish how the compound behaves on skin or how your treatment will progress. FDA's distinction between a compound and an approved finished drug remains relevant, and a prescriber should explain why the proposed preparation fits your needs.
Who this is for
- Someone seeking a clinician-selected formula for visible aging who will review every proposed ingredient.
- You assume the previous Future Formula price or recipe still applies.
- You want an approved finished medicine with its own product trials.
Treatment requires an individual prescription. Confirm the full cost and follow-up arrangements before paying.
