BROWSE COREAGE RX SKINCAREREAD OUR REVIEWThe verdict
DocBright publishes the visit price, messaging window and ongoing-prescription reassessment requirement together. That makes the offer easier to budget than an undefined promise of ongoing access.
Priority buys an earlier advertised review, not a different medication or independently demonstrated quality of care. We assess the terms, with no patient-service test.
- Clearly separates visit charges from pharmacy charges.
- Publishes a follow-up messaging window.
- Explains that some conditions need in-person care.
- The initial visit does not provide indefinite refills.
- Priority pricing adds cost without guaranteeing a different clinical outcome.
- A photo assessment cannot deliver an examination or procedure that must happen in person.

What the two prices mean
The standard visit is listed at $59, with review within 24 hours; priority is $129, with review within 12 hours. Both list 30 days of follow-up messaging. These are DocBright's advertised terms, not response times measured by this site. Paying for priority changes the expected review window, so decide whether that timing is valuable before choosing it.
Refills are not indefinite
The pricing section says prescriptions may cover up to six months when medically appropriate and that ongoing treatment requires a paid follow-up at least every six months. A medication may need attention sooner. Put the expected review date in the same calendar as the refill date rather than assuming the original visit remains active for the life of the prescription.
We classify this as a prescription-access review. No single active ingredient or fixed cream is being purchased at the visit stage. A resulting plan can vary, and any compound proposed by the clinician needs its own ingredient and pharmacy information. The classification does not assert that every possible prescription is manufactured.
The prescription is a second transaction
Medication is separately charged and may use insurance at the pharmacy. That leaves two checks: whether the visit price suits your budget, and whether the proposed medicine is affordable at the dispensing pharmacy. Ask about an alternative if the pharmacy quote is unexpectedly high; paying for an assessment does not obligate you to fill an unaffordable prescription without discussion.
What we would clarify during intake
Explain what has already been tried and what happened, especially if an earlier prescription caused irritation or failed to help. Ask whether the current concern is suitable for photographs and how to arrange further assessment if it is not. DocBright describes referral for problems needing in-person care; our review cannot determine how that process would work for your location.
Who this is for
- Someone seeking a non-emergency skin assessment with a defined messaging period.
- Someone who can arrange pharmacy payment separately.
- You need a procedure or an in-person examination.
- You want the service to bill your medical insurance for the visit.
