The public page describes a personalized combination, so no single ingredient list represents every patient's bottle. We assess disclosure and purchasing questions without assigning an efficacy score to an unspecified formula.
The key comparison with Agency is the treatment goal and proposed prescription. A lower monthly equivalent does not establish clinical equivalence, and a higher-priced aging offer does not establish better acne care.
- Distinguishes personalization from a fixed retail formula.
- Shows both subscription and one-time price routes.
- A sample formula cannot specify every patient's treatment.
- A monthly equivalent does not by itself state the next shipment charge.

Price and prescription are separate specifications
The product page lists a 30-day supply, a $34.95 one-time purchase and a $29.95 monthly subscription equivalent. It describes three selected ingredients; one example shows niacinamide 4%, azelaic acid 8% and clindamycin 1%. Those details describe the offer and an example, not a universal prescription. Confirm the actual shipment amount, quantity and renewal interval at checkout.
Read the bottle before adding another active
Write down the assigned ingredients and strengths, including any later changes. Tell the clinician about other prescriptions, over-the-counter acne products and your current moisturizer and sunscreen. A comparison between two services is useful only after you know what each proposes to prescribe; the word custom cannot do that work.
If an antibiotic is included
The AAD's acne guidance recommends benzoyl peroxide alongside topical or oral antibiotics to reduce resistance. If your formula contains clindamycin, ask how the clinician addresses that recommendation, how long the antibiotic is intended to continue and when response will be reviewed. This is a question for the treatment plan, not a direction to independently add another irritating product.
A fixed, approved combination that already contains an antibiotic and benzoyl peroxide.

Evidence has to match the preparation
FDA explains that compounded preparations are not reviewed before marketing in the same way as approved finished drugs. Ingredient evidence can inform a prescribing discussion while leaving uncertainty about a particular combination. We have not tested this product's texture, tolerance or treatment results, so those parts of the score remain blank.
Who this is for
- Someone seeking clinician-directed acne treatment who wants to understand the proposed combination.
- You require an approved finished combination with its own label trials.
- You want to choose ingredients without clinical assessment.
